Because every section on this form is required, please follow these steps so your form submits successfully:

If you only want one shirt: Select your size and color under Shirt #1. For Shirts #2, #3, and #4, you must select "not ordering additional shirts"  for both the size and color options.

If you want multiple shirts (Up to 4): Select your size and color under Shirt #1, and do the same for your extra shirts under the Shirt #2, #3, or #4 sections. For any leftover shirt sections you don't need, select "not ordering additional shirts" 

Review & Pay: Scroll down, complete the required "Final Check" verification box, and select the matching payment amount at the bottom.
